The figure of Karagioze, the grotesque hero of the traditional shade-theater practiced in Greece and Turkey, has a huge hump on his back. The other person's hump,"i kampoúra tou állou", is an expression we use in Greece to point out how easily we notice other people's defects, than the ones of our own.
